2 Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website contact form
• We will confirm your appointment before dispatching a technician
• Service visits are subject to technician availability in your area
• We aim to provide same-day or next-day service wherever possible

3 Pricing & Charges

• Service charges vary depending on the appliance type and nature of the issue
• A minimum inspection/visit charge may apply and will be informed before the visit

5 Cancellations & Rescheduling

6 Warranty on Repairs

• Limited warranty only on replaced parts — applicable only when explicitly mentioned at the time of service
• No warranty is provided on used parts or customer-supplied parts
• Labour warranty is provided for 30 days from the date of service (unless specified otherwise)
• Warranty on spare parts depends on the manufacturer's guarantee

• A valid invoice or service receipt must be produced for any service query or warranty claim
